Model 1483INV

Inverted wall mount brackets provide the same benefits as the 1483UNI brackets, but allow the tracks to be mounted closer to the ceiling and are hidden from view when the curtain is closed. 

A top rib is fabricated into the piece to provide load support for the cantilevered arm as well as provide slots for additional support to the overhead structure.

Model 1383UNI Wall Bracket for 1300 and 220 Track Models.

Designed for use with smaller track models that do not need as much projection from the wall as the 1483UNI bracket provides.

Projections can be 8",6" or 4" from the wall with this bracket. Slots on bottom surface allow for easy field setting of the track projection.

Slots on side allow the bracket to be precisely positioned on the mounting surface.

Model STRUTBR Wall Bracket - New fully adjustable wall bracket which can be used to wall mount the entire line of ADC track systems.  A strut channel mounting surface allows the tracks to be easily adjusted from 0" to 12" from the mounted wall.  The bracket is designed to work with bi-parting or one-way draw track systems.

Included are spring nuts for easily locating or changing the track(s) position, protective end cap, and 1423 ceiling bracket for mounting 1400 track.

Another great use for our steel channel track systems!

Indoor golf facilities.

Model 170 track systems were used for the ceiling and side curtains for an indoor golf practice range. The curtains are deployed during practice to contain the hit balls and retracted when the device is not in use to allow full use of the room!  Great idea and great use.

Chaintrack Control Panel:

We were asked to design a control panel for a high speed Chaintrack system that would allow the user to program and select up to 20 preset cues and provide variable speed, accelerated starts, decelerated stops, and dynamic braking on shut down to dissipate the kinetic energy of the system and provide more precise stops. The system was also to connect to a DMX controller already installed at the facility. The photo shows the panel we produced which included a LogiStop controller.

Now that's a Contour curtain system!

16 lift machines all truss mounted with 16" yo-yo type drums connected to a variable speed, variable cue control to provide just about any contour desired!  Each machine was constructed to lift and hold 200 pounds for a total lift capacity of 3200 pounds.  The motors were controlled via networked frequency drives which were all connected to a touchscreen graphic user interface.  The curtain could literally "dance".  See a video of the curtain in action on our video page (click here).
