Sandbag Tension Pulleys

Sandbag tension pulleys provide tension to the operating line of motorized systems to help limit cable sag on large (wide) track systems. The pulleys,used in conjunction with the Live or Dead-End pulleys, provide constant down-force on the operating line in the stack area of the track system. This constant down-force helps prevent the cable slack from causing mechanical problems with the track system such as the cable coming out of cable guides or end pulleys. These devices also help assure that tension is placed on the operating line at the machine's drum or drive wheel, assuring proper seating of the operating cable.

A minimum of 4' is required for the device to operate properly.
